AOII encourages all members to excel academically and has many programs designed to assist women in achieving their academic goals. Expectations are high but the support provided by scholarship programs, academic development officer resources, and fellow members makes success attainable.

Letter from the President

Hello and welcome to the website of Epsilon Chi, Elon University chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi. Here at Epsilon Chi, our mission is to promote lifelong friendship, inspire academic excellence, to lead by example, and to serve our campus and surrounding communities. The values on which AOII was founded help lead us in the decisions we make and the behaviors we exhibit in our daily lives. My sisters continue to amaze me in all that they do for each other as well as the surrounding community each and every day. We are a group of women that come from diverse background that all share a common love for our fraternity. These values enable us to go with character and confidence into the world around us, assured in knowing that AOII is ours, offering friendships and opportunities throughout our lifetime. AOII has given me so many opportunities to grow as a leader, engage in meaningful service with women I couldn’t imagine my life without and continues to push me to inspire ambition each and every day.
